A half-day morning workshop followed by a facilitated drop-in session.

Following the in-person sessions, all participants will have access to a wide range of online resources, peer support and experts via always possible's online platform, The Possibility Club.

    1. Understanding different business models, what are the key components of a successful business plan, and choosing the right one.
    2. Understanding the key components of sustainable and resilient business practices, and building this into a business plan from the outset.
    3. Understand different legal structures - including plural ownership - and which is right for which business
    4. Understand which digital tools can support productivity in a new business
  • 1. Complete online diagnostic
    2. Attend in-person training workshop. Followed by half day in-person facilitated drop-in session.
    3. Complete a Business Model Canvas with support from the experts.
    1. Pitch it Right. Introduction to business model canvas (BMC)
    2. Thinking Long Term. Introduction to sustainability in business
    3. Ltd. LLP, CIC, or something else?  Which legal structure is right for you?
    4. Business Model Canvas workshop. Participants work in groups to start to complete their BMC.
    5. Tech Talk and Demo. Session demonstrating practical applications of data and productivity tools in startup scenarios.
    1. Supported BMC workshop. Workshop space for participants to complete BMC, with access to expert for support
    2. Sustainability scenarios. Independent activity working through short-term gain versus long-term strategy decision making scenarios. 
    3. 20 minute 1:1 problem solving with experts.
