  1. Complete online diagnostic  
  2. Attend in-person training workshop. Followed by half day in-person facilitated drop-in session.  
  3. Complete a Business Model Canvas with support from the experts.
- ##### Workshop activities
  
  
  
    1. *Pitch it Right.* Introduction to business model canvas (BMC)
    2. *Ltd. LLP, CIC, or something else?*  Which legal structure is right for you?
    3. *Thinking Long Term.* Introduction to sustainability in business
    4. Business Model Canvas workshop. Get 1:1 support to start to complete your BMC.
