Module 1
A half-day workshop and half-day drop-in sessions that will help transform your business ideas into smart, practical and actionable plans.
Outcome:
A workable model for your business that considers key elements, including customers and organisational structure.
Business basics
Module 2
Workshops and resources focusing on foundational business skills such as financial management, marketing and customer management.
Outcome:
A 12 month business plan, plus skills and knowledge to handle the the day-to-day running of your business.
Preparing to grow
Module 3
One-to-one mentoring sessions and peer networking events focusing on business growth, recruitment, funding models and impact measurement.
Outcome:
Feel confident and ready to meet the challenges that come with growth; with a network of peers to carry you forward.
